From Vanity Fair Magazine, April 26, 1873. Shows a man in coat and vest holding a pair of spectacles. Man is Sir William Jenner, BART, KCB (1815-?). In 1861 Jenner was made physician to Queen Victoria and her son, Edward, Prince of Wales. Vanity Fair magazine was published in London, England 1869-1914. The artist is "SPY", aka Sir Leslie Ward (1851-1922).
